This policy explains how TIDAL Property uses cookies and similar technologies (such as your browser's local storage) on tidalproperty.com, auction.tidalproperty.com, our project and information memorandum sites, our hosted masterplan and meeting pages, and Swell. Read it with our Privacy Policy.
Your choices
When you first visit one of our sites we ask whether you accept analytics and, where we use them, advertising technologies. Essential technologies always run because the sites can't work without them. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of each page, and you can also clear cookies and site data in your browser. We respect the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as "essential only".

Tidal Tracker never records what you type into forms and doesn't store IP addresses: an address is used only to look up the approximate suburb or city of a visit, then discarded. Analytics and advertising technologies run only if you accept them.
