Swell is TIDAL Property's private platform for managing clients, enquiries, listings, projects and website analytics. It holds personal information about our clients and the public, and we're legally responsible for protecting it. These terms apply to everyone with a Swell account: TIDAL staff, and vendors and landlords we give access to. You'll be asked to accept them before you use Swell, and again when they change.
1. Your account
- Use Swell only for TIDAL Property business, and only for the purposes your role requires.
- Your account is for you alone. Never share your password, two-step codes or recovery codes, and don't let anyone else use Swell while you're signed in.
- Use a strong, unique password and keep two-step sign-in on. Sign out on shared devices, and keep your devices locked and up to date.
- Tell admin@tidalproperty.com straight away if you think your account or device has been compromised.
2. Handling personal information
- Treat everything in Swell as confidential. Only access the records you need for your work.
- Don't copy, export, download, screenshot or send personal information outside Swell unless it's needed for TIDAL business, and then only to the people who need it. Exports are logged.
- Never use client or contact information for your own purposes, or after you leave TIDAL.
- Respect people's marketing choices: don't send marketing to anyone who hasn't agreed to receive it or has unsubscribed.
- Follow TIDAL's Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.
3. Vendors and landlords
If you've been given vendor or landlord access, you can see information about your own property only. Keep it confidential, don't share your login, and don't attempt to access anything else.
4. Reporting problems
If you notice a possible data breach, such as information sent to the wrong person, a lost device, or suspicious activity, report it immediately to admin@tidalproperty.com so we can contain it and meet our notification obligations.
5. Monitoring
To keep Swell secure, sign-ins, exports and important changes are logged, and administrators may review these logs. We may suspend access if we suspect misuse.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. You'll be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use Swell.
Version 2026-10-14. Effective 14 October 2026. The current version is always published at tracker.tidalproperty.com/legal/swell-terms.
